Licitaciones de Instalaciones y Mantenimientos en NORUEGA.

Licitaciones y Adjudicaciones cuyo objeto principal sea suministrar, instalar, mantener, reparar, revisar, renovar, sustituir, legalizar, poner en marcha o gestionar técnicamente instalaciones, sistemas técnicos o equipamientos integrados en edificios, infraestructuras, espacios públicos o instalaciones industriales.

Incluye, entre otros: instalaciones eléctricas, climatización, calefacción, refrigeración, ventilación, fontanería, saneamiento interior, alumbrado, semáforos, subestaciones, cableados, instalaciones mecánicas, térmicas, hidráulicas, industriales, de control y automatización, equipos contra incendios, sistemas antirrobo y otras instalaciones técnicas permanentes.

También incluye el suministro, instalación, sustitución, modernización, reparación y mantenimiento de ascensores, montacargas, plataformas elevadoras y otros aparatos de elevación integrados permanentemente en edificios o infraestructuras. Estos equipos se clasifican en Instalaciones y Mantenimientos y no en Electrónica y Maquinaria Industrial.

Incluye asimismo el suministro de materiales y componentes directamente vinculados a instalaciones técnicas, especialmente material eléctrico y de fontanería, aunque el contrato no contemple su instalación. En estos casos podrá clasificarse además en Materiales y Maquinaria de Construcción y Agrícola.

También comprende la legalización, adecuación, inspección, revisión, sustitución, puesta en marcha, mejora, integración y mantenimiento preventivo o correctivo de las instalaciones técnicas.

Puede clasificarse además en Vigilancia y Seguridad cuando se trate de sistemas contra incendios, antirrobo, videovigilancia, control de accesos u otros sistemas de protección; en Limpieza, Jardinería y mantenimiento cuando exista mantenimiento ordinario integral; y en Obra Civil y de Edificación cuando incluya trabajos constructivos relevantes.

En las obras de urbanización se incluirá esta categoría cuando se ejecuten instalaciones técnicas, alumbrado, redes eléctricas, telecomunicaciones, semaforización u otros sistemas propios de la urbanización, salvo que la documentación excluya expresamente dichas actuaciones.

En caso de duda, clasifica como Instalaciones y Mantenimientos cuando la finalidad principal sea instalar, conservar, sustituir o mejorar el funcionamiento técnico de una instalación, sistema o equipamiento integrado permanentemente en un edificio, infraestructura o espacio público.
